Jim Brondino specializes in real estate investments, tax-deferred exchanges and solving real estate problems.  Recognized for his counseling skills and transaction-making ability, he has been honored by his colleagues on numerous occasions.  Mr. Brondino has been the recipient of the Society of Exchange Counselors’ prestigious Counselor of the Year award, the Exchangor of the Year award, has been repeatedly acknowledged for volume and creativity, and was inducted into both the prestigious American Exchangors Hall of Fame and the National Council of Exchangors Hall of Fame.

His extensive, internationally recognized teaching experience includes an “Exchange Marketing” class; the “Methods of Moderating and Marketing” course and his “Counseling for Action” seminar.  All of his seminars are received with acclaim.  He has served in an advisory capacity to the Century 21 Investment Connection, Realtors Land Institute (RLI) and the Commercial-Investment Real Estate Institute (CCIM’s).  In addition, he has acted as a consultant to RLI and the CCIM’s in the development of course curriculum.

As a featured speaker, Mr. Brondino has addressed many real estate organizations and boards, including appearances at the California Association of Realtors State Conventions, the National Association of Realtors Convention and the International Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives (NACORE).  He has lectured and taught exchange techniques and real estate taxation both privately and on the university level.  His articles have appeared in several state and nationally published magazines including Real Estate Today, Creative Real Estate, Traders Topics, California Association of Realtors Magazine, Journal of Equity Marketing, first tuesday, For Sale Magazine, and the CCIM Journal.  He is also a featured writer in both the first and second editions of McGraw Hill’s Real Estate Handbook and Longman Financial’s Win/Win--A Guide to Creative Real Estate.

Mr. Brondino served as Conference Director of Real Estate EXPO, the largest real estate educational and marketing event in the United States.  In addition, he has structured and organized numerous other national and international marketing events.

Mr. Brondino, a graduate of the University of Redlands with a Master’s degree, remains actively involved in university activities, as well as being an inductee into their Athletic Hall of Fame.  He is an honorary member of the leadership society Omicron Delta Kappa fraternity and sits on the advisory committee of the Apple Valley Secondary Education Foundation.  Mr. Brondino has served as an officer and a charter member of several state and national real estate marketing organizations.  His knowledge in real estate has been solicited through the courts for testimony.  Mr. Brondino has been retained by the F.S.L.I.C. to prepare Business Plans on properties that it owns.  He serves on the Board of Directors and holds a Senior Listing in Who’s Who in Creative Real Estate.  He is a member of the Society of Exchange Counselors and has served on their Board of Governors.

Mr. Brondino maintains his office in Upland, California.  He finds a client-centered approach essential in guiding other professionals and in working with the public.
